Join us for a hands-on training seminar focused on the three main barbell lifts: squat, bench, and deadlift. You'll work directly with coach Josh Gainer and former competitive powerlifter Janna Moretti to learn proper technique, setup, and execution.
This is a guided session, so you'll practice the lifts, get real-time feedback, ask questions, and leave with greater confidence in your ability.
